I was so pleased with the work that Steve carried out. Firstly he spent over 10 minutes on the phone to me putting my mind at ease and talking through what the problem could be. Then he came out very quickly, even though it was the Christmas period, and fixed the boiler. all it needed was a service which was a big relief. He talked me through the work he'd done and really put my mind at ease. The cost was very reasonable for the time taken, and he cleaned up after himself. One of the main things I'd recommend is Steve's manner and honesty. I have had some workmen who have been patronising and rude but not Steve. He is extremely professional.
